JJC LH-63C petal style bayonet Lens Hood is specially designed for use with selected CAN. lenses which replaces CAN. EW-63C. It is primarily used to prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of it. Features a non-glare matte finish on the interior surface, the hood can further prevent or limit lens flare. And no vignetting will show with the hood on. With the extended lens end, you will also get the added benefit of some extra protection from accidental impact. The hood is designed to also work in the reversed position, allowing the hood to be placed backwards over the lens for a more compact storage solution. This Lens Hood is available in black and white colors.
The hood doesn’t affect the use of a Ф58mm filter and the original CAN. lens cap.
